This is why the government and legal system NEED to face radical reform, it's pretty clear that they aren't doing anything to prevent the problem. Harsher punishment of fewer crimes is a must. Rape, murder, kidnapping, child molestation, personal theft, break and enter, etc etc NEED to come with harsher punishments.

What sucks the most about all of this is that the boy will probably end up so fucked up that he'll do something like this in the future. Shits wrong.

I read this story and it makes me sick. These criminals deserve to die a slow painful death.
