Are there any highly successful .NET sites?
 

I dont know of any .net sites that are huge, but im sure there are some. can you list some?

I cant get the .com domain I want, so Im trying to prove a point to myself that you dont need a .com name in order for a site to be successful. .net can work too. if there are any

It can be done, the .com is a lot better if you have a one-word typein domain but those will cost you big.

I think it's always best to go to for the .com...

i own 1, and finally after 6-7 years going to buy the .com for about $1k
