Question about review site linkbacks
We are starting to add our paysite to as many review sites as we can....
I see a lot of them asking for linkbacks ie http://www.rabbitsreviews.com/webmastersforms.aspx I'm a little confused as to what page they want the linkback on - we don't want to put it on the tour, do they mean add it to the members index page? sorry if it's a stupid question, we just don't want to get off on the wrong foot here. thanks :) |
I gave up with them all wanting back links. Affiliates dont like the traffic leak. Just create a page with all the links on and have it as a second entrance. Review site traffic is the best if you have a good review.
They just kind of pissed me off in the end. I think if they are sending you traffic on a referral code and they got a life time membership then fuck it they can shove the back link where the sun doesnt shine. |
Seriously I fucking hate sites and there dumb linking rules. I would love to smash someones face it while making them read their dumb rules out loud.
People with rules and dumb black lists are the fucking spawn of the Nazis. |
MrPinks.com doesn't require a link back. We don't even ask for one, but we appreciate when they are done. Most link backs are on the warning page and link back to the review itself. Rabbit's has link backs on a shitload of sites. You are correct that other affiliates don't like the traffic leak. Same with other review sites, we don't like the leak either.
From that submit form, as far as I can tell, Rabbit's is now requiring link backs. Quote:
