SOBEGIRL .ERIC .. Illegally selling DVD rights overseas. BIG DRAMA coming up
 

Ok heres a quick scoop of what happened.

A company overseas i will leave nameless for couple more days.. recieved this from SOBEGIRL :

As available content that he owned and would sell dvd rights.
Sets # 16,17,18,24,26,27,28,29,30 are mine and no one owns righst but me.

There was also another 15 sets he said he had that he shipped out there to the company who in turn resold to someone else.

So $15,000 was paid to SOBE. who was operating under an assumed name, not Eric.. as when I called his number andf ask for the assumed name he said yes it is him , Til i confronted him and he said "OH I JUST ANSWER THAT AS I USE THAT NAME FOR KEEPER OF RECORDS "

So anyway the company who sent the 15k to SOBE still hasnt recieved the next 15 sets.. which obviously he doesnt have, and this has been since February.
So its obvious that Eric from SOBE GIRL stole thumbs from my content site, made a little gallery and frauded these people overseas out of 15k.

So Monday Im told I will see proof of payment to SOBE from a scanned bank statement which will confirm all this.

We all know this guy as a total scumbag hiding somewhere in Miami, but this has hit bottom as people losing alot of money.

Just a heads up for those he contacts.

Im not sure how they will get 15k back... but this is real bad. The stuff he stole from me was petty compared to this. Alot of money is involved. Im sure im not the only one whose content he tried to sell them. But it was his name he answered the phone to on the invoice and address also. Further details to come

Well Moe its not as bad on me as he didnt rip me off, he just said he had rights to sell my stuff, but when paid for it couldnt deliver it. I feel bad for the end user who also spent money and cant get her product.

just report the guy to the feds for 2257 violations

No its not the same ole story, now hes making copys of my thumbs and telling people overseas he has dvd rights to these sets, and scamming them out of money. This thread is to warn people again what his new scam is now. And its not just my stuff , theres other content in that package also.

Ok that's true, but you and me know, nobody can sell or will ever sell DVD rights for $39 and I am always very supriesed that people who are going to buy this stuff do not wonder about the prices and are thinking twice.

Well he has to try and sell someone else's, because his content is total shit.

How do he find people like this? There must be people covering for him in this business, because there is no way he can get away with this again and again. Or maybe its just a question of how much he pays people to shut up.

For all the Joe content I've licensed through sobe I kinda wish I could have gone straight to Joe instead.

Sobe's new business plan should go like this instead.

1. Give away all the content. Stop charging anyone for it.

Sobe still at it I see, I was a victim as well many years ago when we first started getting into purchasing video content. To make a long story short, he's a crook who would sell his own mother to make a dime..

once upon a time we bought some really really cheap bulk content from Sobe ...

it made me really sad about this industry. every drug addicted girl in Miami appeared to be in the shots & video ... to the point that 1 was so wasted she was trying to get away from the 8 men in the room filming & groping her. I couldn't watch more.

it would be considered rape in a court of law & the fact that he's still got customers buying off him is really bad for the industry.

I can't believe some brother or father hasn't shot him yet.

Eric has always had a bad rep, yet if he had a "good deal" going lots would buy from him.

What amazes me is the DVD guys paying before the content is in their office and everything has been double checked. They're a suspicious bunch and those prices don't seem to me to be some small operator.
