I think... because he is a spammer who just will not go away.

he spams, he uses stolen content, and he threatens liable suites against anybody that points out that he's lying about his traffic/stolen content.

Because he's been trying to sell the domain here for over 2 years for a shitload of cash, he uses stolen content on it, and he makes 15 thousand threads a day about it.
