Has anyone here ever used a CDN for content delivery?

I'm sure most of you know that Content Delivery Networks have been the hottest topic in hosting in the past 5 years or so. Everyone uses it, from Apple to Youtube, primarily for their audio/video delivery.

While it may be overkill for members areas it should be a fantastic thing to use for tours in this business. Especially for tours with streaming or progressive download samples.

Has anyone here tried it?

How are the prices compared to regular hosts now.

Have you noticed any major difference in speeds?
