I busted ass to get this guy a check and SIGN A CONTRACT for advertising. The ad was supposed to be on the website Setember 3rd. I talked to him on the 4th, he said it woulkd be up NLT the 5th. Still no ad today, he won't return my phone calls, and HE CASHED THE CHECK LAST FRIDAY.

I ain't shitting - this guy is big business, and if I say the name of his company, well, I don't want to get sued -- I can't afford a fancy lawyer, he easily can -- but if he engages me himself, well, then the gloves can come off.

Naming their company isn't going to get you sued. Saying something that is a lie that does proveable dammage to them somehow is grounds for a lawsuit, but not merely saying their name. So out with it. If he/they don't like it they can come and defend themselves.
