I like the smoother lines and matt of the second pair, but the first Pair looks much better constructed, and a better color, imho.

2nd one...

The top ones look like they cost more, but since they both look pretty much the same, I would go with whats more comfortable

They just aren't something i would wear casually but i guess you didn't specifiy what they were for. Either way there is no real difference between that two that anyone would notice when you would be wearing them.
