I think he is capable of going beyond normal harrassment, like when he sent the box to Tom a couple years ago after he wouldn't book LC for a porn scene. He's a severe alcoholic who is mentally ill and needs psychiatric help.

If you are aware of his real name and address, I would suggest that the person getting hassled file a harrassment police report, or potentially apply to the courts for an injunction to stop the harrassment.
