Warren Davis & TGP Outlet - One & Only Public Statement
 

This will be my one and only public statement regarding the custom TGP packages. Please read this carefully.

First, this was never a scam. I built and delivered many TGPs from April through June of this year. I had dozens of satisfied clients. Then on June 25th my fiancee and live-in girlfriend of 7 1/2 years and I split up. I told a few of you this and some of you were simply told I was going through personal problems. Regardless the last seven weeks have been very rough for me and clearing my head to get work done was extremely difficult.

Second, April Whitehurst has NOTHING to do with any of this. She has not lived with me since the problems with orders started happening. She never profited one dime from any of this. And she never sold or emailed anyone. Those of you who have been posting pictures of her should immediately take them down. You are slandering an innocent person. Her only connection to any of this is that I used her PayPal account which until we broke up was our couple's account. She never had a role in anything.

Third, everyone who purchased from me and did not receive anything will get a full refund. Period. If you have already filed a claim with PayPal you will get a refund through PayPal. I am going to send a check in to them to get refunds going as soon as possible. For those of you who did not yet file a PayPal dispute or who paid with ePassporte you too will get a full refund.

What I am asking is that anyone who feels that they are owed money please email [email protected]. Include your name, mailing address for the refund to be sent, what you ordered, when you ordered, and how much of a refund you are entitled to receive. I know some people got at least their designs and were happy with a partial refund.

I am working and will issue refunds as funds become available. I'll do them on a first come first serve basis. And this will be wrapped up in short order.

No one owes me anything. I understand that. It is no one's fault that my relationship didn't work out and thus my head was messed up for several weeks. This is business and I should have separated the two. But please keep April out of this. Call me. Email me. But she had absolutely nothing to do with any of this and should be treated as such.

Warren, we are all people here, who have personal problems and have to deal with them at one point of our lives. Any reasonable person would understand, if you explained that you are having a difficult period and that you need more time to finish the projects. In that case, some would grant you with more time, including me, and some would want a refund. In both cases you would keep your professional standard high and you would have avoided this big mess.

Instead however, you refused to refund in most cases, often you ignored emails and kept making promises that you could not keep, which eventually lead to you having to deal with this angry crowd.

I keep no hard feelings, I am stepping out of this. I have sent you an email requesting a half refund.

- You trying to open another Epassporte account and getting it shut down
- All your Deluxepass account shut down after Clem was contacted

this is a PM I sent to warren on digitalpoint, under the username "DevinS" of course. the quoted part is where he told me to apologize for posting in his thread saying he was warren davis, he also gives me an epass name which I reported to epass already to see what they think. under the quote is my reply to him, and the funny stuff I found about him.

asianmgp.net - which is hosted in the same hosting account as 120+ other domains (including the hornyhousewivez.net website) has a site setup on it. Now, the site looks like any other mgp type website, but when you look closer, and realize that the image links to sponsor pages. some of these sponsor pages, like this one:

for some funny reason, it has your webmaster username listed on it (where it says: dcinchq) and the funniest thing about this, is that this name dcinchq is also a domain, which is www.dcinchq.com which has the following information listed on it:

nice try editing your whois info on the hornyhousewivez domain to have the name of Devin Smith, and use the fucking address of your hosting company. http://www.tieronehosts.com/support.php has the same exact address as the address in your whois information, and the funniest thing, your whois info was edited just a few days ago. maybe the same day that the guy on gfy said the name "devins" was another username of yours?

as part of the package for all who purchased from Warren. Any one who has
purchase a site but did not receive it, feel free to contact me as we
will still honor our part of the package.

Although we do not condone his business practices towards the end of all
this, he did provide some quality TGPs to some people. Look for TOH to
JV with other quality designers to bring some of the best deals to GFY.

I will do my due diligence in the future before aligning us with other people.
