How do I blur video parts
Hi
We shot some new video and it shows the phone number of the models apartment in the back ground.. Who knows how to blur parts of the vid? I use avid dv 3.5 but have vegas and premiere installed Thanks in advance |
Anyone?

I bet you could do it in Vegas by creating a new video track, then making a mask and blurring that mask, then create a motion track (if needed) and have it stay on top of the number.
I've never made a mask in Vegas, however do a search for it on yahoo. "Vegas Video Tutorial" and I bet you'll find your answer. :) Good luck... PS if you find how to do it, hit me up. I'm curious as well. |
I don't really know, either, but I bet it's expensive. It's probably cheaper and less trouble to get her a new phone number.

I'm not sure if this would help, but give it a shot. http://vcdhelp.com Check under the FAQ for applying a filter.

KK good idea that will be my "I failed" option.. thanks Bitchmobile doing great off our exit too :) |
You could also edit it out one frame at a time using Premiere/Aftereffects methinks.
