SEO optimazed site for popular niche. Worth?
After 3 yeast of SEO I have a site number 1 on google (any country) for a specific niche, google brings me now around 10,000 uniques a day. I'm doing around $150-$250 a day with 3 sponsors. I'm so sure that I would remain number 1 on google for this niche that I'm ready to give out the guarantee for at least one year for any buyer. Which means the buyer has to to nothing and if the site loses the first place I would return the money to the buyer if requested.
There is some serious tricks how to keep a first place, and I know how it can be done its just takes time. GOLD Worth, for me its the great income now with almost no effort at al. I have already started with new phrases, and are expected in less then a year to be number one on google for those words.
The niche I mentioned above that are now at the first place on google, beat-ed worldsex and some other old-school sites.
Now I wonder how much is this site worth if I would sell it???
