Goodbye Rackspace, Thankyou NatNet!
 

After being hosted at Rackspace for a whopping 9 years, my very first hosting company, I finally kicked the overpriced hosting for all that is NatNet.

NatNet was more than grateful to login to my old Rackspace server and mirror over 100 websites, subdomains, mail and SQL servers which was a total mess and re-configure the whole thing on my NatNet server. That feat must have taken hours and for NatNet to do it willingly and without charge, I was shocked to say the least.

Thank you so much Bill, Tony and the entire support at NatNet, you just helped consolidate nearly a grand a month in savings ;)

Hats off to NatNet, I know how it feels! I'm currently in the process of moving a complex interlinked series of sites between servers and it's a real headache...

That is what a good company will do for ya.

I'm very happy with NationalNet. I put the customer support team through hell with my site's growning pains and they give me 1st class treatment every time. :)

Ive not found anyone who is unhappy with Nat Net. They do seem pretty good.

I cant say enough about their support. I have never seen any other company have a response time (and the ability to fix it) like NatNet.

National Net is by far the very best hosting company in the industry. No one comes close to their level of support.

been with Natnet for almost 5 years now...never a problem and the 24/7 tech support is always excellent...

They are top notch for sure. I have seen first hand how well their support works with big jobs.

I don't think I've had a server with rackspace since 2000 or 01.

I agree about NatNet's support. They have bent over backwards to help me more than once.

you have only 100 sites? for some reason I thought they'd be 5-6 thousand

One of the best things I ever did.

been with them for about 6 years or so, kind of amazing how it takes about a ring and half for tech to answer a call every time we've had a question or problem no matter what time it is.

We don't have prices on our site because we don't do the traditional packages. We prefer to tailor plans based on customer needs rather than lock them into a package that may not be right for them.

Again, it's all about the customer :)

Yup..we dropped Rackspace as well. Great service, reliability and backbone but way overpriced in today's market..
