U.S. rides second-quarter dominance to blowout win over Canada
Canada got blown out of the water today in the FIBA Tourney...I think these upcoming Olympics will be the return of the United States' dominance of the world when it comes to basketball.
Our squad is good, it isn't made up of nothing but stars, but a good balance of stars, speacialty players, and hustle/defensive players. I like what I see so far... http://cbs.sportsline.com/nba/story/10317863/rss |
what a lousy sport.

talk about ass wooping
|
oh please - the US beating Canada in basketball is like Canada beating Haiti in ice hockey. especially since Canada's two best players, Steve Nash and Jamaal Magloire aren't playing for Canada.
The US will have just as tough a time next Olympics with Argentina, Spain and Greece as they have in all recent international basketball tournaments. Let's see how they do against Argentina and Brazil. |
Pfffffft.. So? LOL.
|
Lol... USA beat canada at basketball? really? When 70 people in canada play the sport? I don't believe it...
|
Our pool of black men is about 50, so I'm not really surprised.
|
Still an embrassement, losing by 50
|
Nice beat down

And I am confident that we will have no problems going through any team on our way to Gold. They've got great coaches and a team that was put together not just to assemble the best players they could get but a mix of the best players and the best teammates. Back on the right path. |
