Alright, I rarely vouch for people, but I gotta put my boy up on a platform for a minute.

Now, I have only been around for a bit over a year, and this kid, damn, quite a bit less. I met him at Internext by chance. You know, one of those random drunk moments by the pool watching the sexy ass (hired) hoes walk by in high heels and slim ass g-strings. Anyway, we set up shop right next to the fucking free beer that was there (hey, its genius, why walk when you can turn around and get em handed to ya). With that being said, conversation started about asses. Now naturally, I am with Latin Teen Cash. I like brown ass, in any way I can get it Thai, Asian, Latina, nothing like a good pear shape. The conversation persisted and next thing I knew I made a friend.

Anyhow, this kid was working with his yet to be mentioned program for a bit, however, he was in the fraud department for a long ass time, not sales, not affiliate promotions, just doing his thing behind the scenes. So his boss saw something, probably the same thing I saw, this kid has potential in his career with the adult biz, and was bumped up. ONE WEEK LATER, He is one of my colleagues , as are all of you, however, we are the new generation. I am 24, he is 22, but what I can say about that is this. All you old heads are gonna retire some day.Such a new kid, but jesus titty fucking christ, hit up Juan from WebCams.com. He gives one hell of a presentation and shows one fucking gynourmous amount of potential. I am proud to call him a colleague for the future and the present. When you old heads retire, we will be replacing you......

Thank you very much for the very nice and sincere intro. It was hard for me over at the Internext Show, since it was my first show ever and even harder, I was a "right out of the oven" newb.
But all thanks to peers like yourself D, I was able to get around and not only have a good time but actually meet new and interesting people.
We had a blast over at the bar, beers, drinks, everything we wanted and to add to that, nice asses walking barely naked all over the place.....hehehe...good times. :)

I am looking forward in meeting up again at other shows, not only with you but with other peers in the business. I am new in this, but I am going 100% at it, full throttle. If anybody wanna chat, hit me up, I would be more than glad to see how I could be of help.

If there is something I learned from D, it was that this business is all about relations. With this said, I thank you once again D, for having the patience and consideration of spending time with me. THANKS.... :)

Hey Juan welcome to the Biz! I remember my first show, the WebMasterAccess in L.A. in November '05 at the Sheraton Universal and how people like NichepayNader, XBIZKristen, Bugbee, PimpProfitSteve and ErictheCaptain made me feel a part of industry right away.

Not only was Internext Juan's first show, he won one of the big prizes in the HotMovie "pull a card" give away.

Thats true Brian, how could I forget about that awesome price......Guitar Hero II for Xbox 360. That experience could not of had been any better. Made friends, had fun and won a prize.......what else could I ask for? :)

I partied with Juan in Florida this year. Great stand up guy. I saw great portential in him as well. In short a sponge for knowlegde.

Thank you very much Nora and Richard. Both of you helped me out a lot to understand the mechanics on "How to handle a show". Without you, I wouldn't of had learned half as much as I did from the show. :)
