Treo with Windows Mobile or Palm OS?
 

I'm getting a treo in a little bit and I think I'm opting for a model with windows mobile. Does anyone have any insight on this?

I would go with Windows Mobile

My girl had one but recently upgraded when her's crapped out. So she's on the Palm OS now, but had no complaints with Windows.

I have the Palm version and prefer it over Windows Mobile. But that's mostly because I'm a long time user and it's more "comfortable" to me.

Uno I just got one right before FL and I chose the Palm - The people at Sprint said that the Windows OS was really new (like v1) so I opt'd for the Palm that's proven to be more solid. Duno if they were giving me a bs line or not but I like the Palm so far.

The sales rep recommended the windows os, but i'll play with em both for a lil bit.

I have the 700wz and like it :)

Version 1? Hah, Windows Mobile 6 is newly released, but it's certainly not NEW. Some of the versions:

Windows Mobile 6
Windows Mobile 5
Windows Mobile 2003 SE
Windows Mobile 2003
Windows CE
... and probably some others I don't know about ...

Go with with windows I had the treo 600, and 650. The 600 ran on palm os, and it sucked to be honest. It was very simple, but didn't have as many features

I got the new 755p - She may have ment it was new for that one phone or something - Whatever its a phone :upsidedow

I wound up getting the 700wx, but for some reason i can't get my outlook contacts to sync up. hmmff
