How can you close whatever application/service/process that is listening on port 80?

I think Port 80 is the standard http port, so theres no real need to close it. Maybe try running some portscan script to see which program is running there. -> portscan.de is the only online scanner I know.

TCPView will show you what's listening on port 80. It will be listed under 'Local Address'.

(It's much prettier than netstat.)
