looks like the cop doesn't notice the robbers and a traffic cop points them out then the cop walks over with a damn big gun pointed on them. he motions towards the front riders waist and goes to reach and it appears the guy reaches down towards his waist kinda , but from our angle its really hard to tell. the other guy was def running away and didnt appear to be holding anything.

this is one of those videos that looks like police brutality but could very well have been justified.

That's just how things work in some places... I bet there's a lot less crime.
