People wanted a cheaper way out when it came to webmaster services, whether it was gallery designs, data entry, whatever and for years now all you hear is the same thing over and over when it comes to these outsourcing companies.

this is why you should never use these outsourcing companies... they operate in shady places and do shady shit and you never have any recourse!

Your refund request is put on hold because you're not giving enough information for us to process it. This issue can always be handled in private...

So, our staff made you like a hundred site and you have a problem with 2-3 sites and you want payment for a month's work refunded. :Oh crap

Why not just fix this few sites and move on...

Staff leasing and Outsourcing is a practical solution. A lot of people here are using it and happy with it. Companies offering this services and the client knows there are few problems involve but its ALL GOOD in the long run. Just ask Dell, IBM, and the likes.
