SexToy.com acquires Wholesale-Adult-Toys.net

SEXTOY.com a division of Convergence Inc. has recently acquired Wholesale-Adult-Toys.net for an undisclosed amount of money. This move comes as part of SEXTOY.com?s recent aggressive efforts to expand its sex toy business specifically their wholesale business, SextoyClub.com.

?We have always seen Wholesale-adult-toys.net as one of our largest competitors in the wholesale space. Last year, after they began using us for some of their shipping, we discovered they had a great business that was very similar to ours in that we both have a similar product line and both offer wholesale and drop shipping services,? explains Convergence Inc, president Dave Levine.

Wholesale-Adult-Toys.net owner is also happy with the transaction. ?We have been selling sex toys online for almost 10 years, but we were concerned about our ability to invest in the technology to keep up with SextoyClub.com. As a result, we decided to sell out while we are still strong,? says Wholesale-Adult-Toys.net former owner.

Wholesale-Adult-Toys.net customers will now enjoy a larger product selection that includes lingerie and DVD?s. The new site SextoyClub.com also offers more advanced technology: free data feeds, ability to save a shopping cart, ability to create favorites lists, and tracking numbers available on line. The larger combined company?s economies of scale will allow SextoyClub.com to improve the customer experience by further reducing prices, increasing selection, and investing in technology.

The adult product industry is going through a major shift as the sale of DVDs have begun to decline and customers are starting to watch movies over the internet.
