It looks like it simply goes through the 15 chars for the ip requesting the page, converts (with cmdline util) a series of files together into one mp3 and stores it. simple.

Well, first off, that is why I need a programmer.

Baddog, if you have no luck finding someone decent to get this done for you, I can get my programmer to take care of it for you. Though I'm not sure what budget you had in mind for this... My guy may be a little more expensive, so you may want to leave it as your last resort if no one else can deliver.

Well, I do have an antique doll here, and she has some amazing hair, but I would have to cut the strands pretty small to come anywhere close to 1 million.

I think it would be the waste of a pretty nice doll also.
