Chameleon Submitter HELP pls !!!
 
Hey folks please help me!

I install to my new laptop (after many months) Chameleon Submitter 4.01 version. I haven't the old version on this lap and I just download the new and install it. I used the old licence key which I have on site. I update the DB but img file is empty! Where are the recips ???

Please help me!

In Chameleon Submitter -> Database -> Check Missing Recips

and then what he said above...

Database -> Update.

If you get an error saying your not authorized, then you'll need to contact Chameleon Support to reactivate the database as it might think your pirating your copy.

I also did "Check Missing Recips" ... nothing...

It didnt tell me for authorized! Just now paid for a month!

Uninstall it and remove the entire installation directory (i.e. 'C:\Program Files\Chameleon Submitter'), then install it again. If this doesn't help, keep disturbing the support.

Ok, hope they'll be able to sort this out. Sometimes they might be slow. Just be patient. Bear with those Russian bears :)

you have new CS so you need make full database update Menu: Database > Update :)
