this could mean also that we are going to have a second epass look a like system in the industry.

Im very curious to hear of someone ( sponsor ) is allready using it, or busy with it. It looks like a solid system, nothing bad to find on first eye. So im keeping this thread positive :thumbsup

I've looked at Payoneer previously and I can say I wasn't impressed.

First off, it appears that it's not actually any form of P2P transaction system, but you can get your money deposited to a debit card and can use that one to make purchases.

Second, payouts/loads are not instant. Their FAQ says it takes a few days for funds to appear in your account, after loading them.

Third, their terms clearly say you need a US mailing address, so I'm really curious how AWE plan on paying their non-US webmasters using Payoneer, assuming that these are the primary beneficiaries of such a payout system.

Overall, unless some changes are made, I don't thing Epassporte need to worry just yet. Of course, it wouldn't hurt if they improved their business process a bit and made sure their support moves up a notch from being awful (support other than that from from Michael O.), but Payoneer does not appear to pose enough of a threat to Epassporte just yet.

The terms read "Who can get a Prepaid MasterCard® card?
Anyone over the age of 13, with or without a bank account and with a mailing address in the United States can receive the Prepaid MasterCard® card provided by Payoneer, but, you must be 18 or older to apply for the card."

But the rep talk about Asian webmasters using them. And they are only insured for $250.000,-

That's still better than epass, who aren't FDIC ensured at all. :winkwink:

I don't know if Visa guarantee any of the money, but at least the money in the account processes through Visa can be restored if they decided to cut and run.

I understand why anyone on the AWE board still haven't asked about the US mailing address yet. I know a LOT of them are European.

They promote AWE to begin with, I think that speaks volumes about their level of intelligence. After all, they gladly send their traffic to a company who fucks them out of their rebills after two weeks and doesn't even have the courtesy to put that in their terms. :)

Just back up the truck. That's how I want to get paid.

Intressting points you give here. Thanks.

I uderstand AWE is the first one who is going to offer this extra ( not replace epass ) payout. Or is there any other sponsor allready working with them?

Thanks for all the constructive comments.

Rapid Pay?

Profits of Doom 09-08-2007 12:55 PM

There are thousands of different debit card systems that programs could use to make payouts to US and non-US based webmasters alike, and the payouts would be instant if the program's account was funded. It would take all of 20 minutes for an ambitious program owner to make a few phone calls and set it up...

Hi guys,
First off allow me to introduce myself - as you can see from my login I am with Payoneer and will attempt to answer all your questions.

Let me start with Nettrust - our general Payoneer site, only allows people within the US to order the card. However when working with partners like AWEmpire as others referred to in this thread to them we allow signups from all over the world.

Per some other folks questions as to who we work with - we have been doing payouts in the mainstream world for quite a while now - IPSPs, Affiliate Networks, Content Producers. We are also piloting right now with several large adult sites as well.

Per some questions on how you choose to be paid there are a number of factors that influence that - not least of which is how the deal is structured with our partners. For example due to some subsidizing by AWE both card activations and loads are free.

Card loads will normally take between 2 to 3 days but can be expedited to within 2 hours - dependant on your choice and contract with the affiliate network.

Regards,
Lee.

Hi
I've noticed that a number of you went to our general site. While all that information is correct of course for general folks who are just coming to the site directly. However, the situation is considerably different when you are coming through any one of our partners. I heartily encourage to check with your network if they already working with us - if so you will be able to see the differences.
Warmest regards,
Lee.
