I keep hearing story after story about this guy and his business dealings.. I have gotten fucked over royalily as well seen him scam a few people recently..

He created a board and lied about the number of members, impressions and a bunch of other shit. Some have claimed he rigged contests while others have said he did not pay them for working on his board. The guy seems quick to pull threads that make him look bad. He was exposed by some well known and respected industry people. Just run a search for him on the boards.
