this is a pretty long-shot, but.. (Please read!!)
I saw something on tv a while back about a non-profit that offered donors an opportunity to establish very small, simple companies in developing countries.
For example, with like $100 donation, you could establish a basket-making company in Bangladesh or something like that... The costs were very low, and the results were amazing. I thought they were called micro-corps, or micro companies, or something like that, but when i search those terms i can't find anything. Anybody know about this organization? i thought it was called by initials.. something like WEEJ, or DEEJ, or something like that.. :helpme Thanks, GFY!:thumbsup |
I was at this site like a year ago, it has really cool stories... let me see if I can find it...
