i was pretty partial to my old place in solana beach, but it's up in north county so it's quite a bit quieter than the "happening" parts of town. :2 cents:

Congrats if you can. :thumbsup

Gas Lamp!
Just avoid El Cajon !!! |
Point Loma is nice but a bit pricy.

Mission Beach/PB - If you're under 24 years old or surf, or are an ex cheerleader or jock
La Jolla - if you make at least $250k/year or like to pretend like you do Downtown - if you drink alot or like quasi-city life or baseball Hillcrest - If you're gay and or way into furniture, yoga and art North County - If you want quiet beach living Everywhere else - if you just want to mind your own business, go to work and back and get caught up in traffic and risk dui's to and from your favorite spots on the weekends. |
i think it means a whales vagina~ haha

Anywhere but La Jolla ( unless you want your car burglarized multiple times a year ). Little Italy or Old Town near the gaslamp are prime places to live

I just moved from pt loma. Was there for 3 years.
Areas not metnioned was north park, normal heights, south park, golden hills, university heights (where i am at now). Those areas are lots of fun too. Lots of good stuff happening around there. Really all depends on what you are looking for. I was at the beach areas mission,pb,ocean,pt loma for the past 10 years so now i'm trying something different. So far I'm loving the change. I miss hearing the ocean from my bed at times, but there is plenty of other nice things I'm loving being where I am. |
