Any free cms for simple pics and movies?

You know any cms for a few pictures/movies that is free? FOr example in mambo/joomla whatever?

It should make thumbs of the pics, and list movies which are already cropped(and have screenshots)

joomla should work, also WEBGuy is a good option.
However you will need some time to get used with it
