Event Plan:

I am going to start an Annual Adult Industry Event that I hope to have every year and make it grow into as big as an AVN (Adult Video News) ?Red Carpet? Event for Porn Stars, Producers and the rest of the adult industry to Network and celebrate the industry.

If all goes well, I would hope to have other companies help out and expand and improve the Adult Industry in Toronto.

The Party:

Event: Maxine X Production Presents, ?Party Like a Porn Star? 2007
(The first Toronto Red Carpet Porn Industry Event)

Date: Saturday, November 10 2007

Time: 1st Part - (early evening Invite Only) Industry / Media
2nd Part ? (evening my autograph signing for the public)
3rd Part ? (party into the late bar and after bar hours open to the public)

Place: Vogue Room (College St. Little Italy)
A classy Champaign, Dinner Lounge turned into Club in the evening.
Bottle Service Available.

Theme: Red Carpet

Dress Code: Formal but Sexy (think Playboy party)

Girls: sexy dresses, lingerie, body paint, cocktail dresses, exotic costumes

Men: Suites, Tuxes, Hefner?s PJ.s / sexy robes, dress pants (as long as there is some effort of looking good.)

Media:

Model Releases for private party:

All who will be invited to the Private Party will need to sign a model release for Webdreams / Ed the Sock or any other media that requires it during this period.

I will send the model releases in the mail with the invitation that you will need to have filled out and brought in and handed into the correct media person.

Those who do not wish to be filmed on T.V. can show up during the Public Club Hours of the event.

1. Webdreams:

Webdreams is going to film the party because this is my last episode for season 3 in which they have been following me around for my main events in breaking into the mainstream porn industry.

The T.V. Theme is to celebrate the launching of my new website: http://www.maxinextreme.com and for my Adult Video Company, ?Maxine X Productions, Inc.? breaking into the mainstream porn from fetish porn. It is also my birthday celebration in which I have been having Sexy Parties for years. They just keep expanding and improving.

2. Ed The Sock:

If all goes well, Ed the Sock will be coming to interview me and anyone else at the private party.

3. MAX magazine:

Max Magazine will be covering the party event as well.

They are a free magazine that is in every adult video/ novelty store as well as every strip bar with adult models / strippers as their cover girls as well as advertising strip bars, and other adult information in Ontario.

They will also be featuring me on the cover the month before during the ?Everything to do with Sex? show with an interview of me inside also talking about the party event.

Other Media:

** Anyone who has other magazine, newspaper, or media connections please let me know in order to consider adding them.

** Photographers:

If you are a photographer that wants to take pictures of the event, you will need to contact me and talk to me about it first or you will not be able to bring your camera into the party.

Event Advertising:

The flyer for the party will be disrupted to all adult video stores that sell my DVD?s, Queen Street Clothing Stores, At Adult Video Stores, on Facebook, on MySpace, in Max Magazine, at the www.EverythingToDoWithSex.com show, and anywhere else I can think appropriate.

Private Areas:

1. The back area of the club will be turned into an autograph signing and selling pictures and DVD?s for the public during a certain time only.

2. I will also be having an area downstairs where I will be celebrating my birthday with close friends with erotic entertainment.

3. I will be having a private Kink area for certain guest only. If you are interested in be allowed in that room, you will need to contact me to be put on a special list. It is a small private room and is only for special guest only, but I will have play equipment there.

The Private Party:

? Those who are invited to the private party can walk the Red Carpet and have your pictures taken outside from the media, photographers and the public.
? I plan to have a back drop so if you are a sponsor and want your logo on it along with mine please let me know.
? I myself will be arriving in a Limo with Webdreams and some of my girls. You all of course are welcome to make a grand entrance if you like, it will be on T.V.
? Someone may interview you and you can promote your website or your company.
? Inside you will need to hand in your invite and filled out model release, show ID and have your picture taken with it.
? You can exchange business cards, recruit models or talk to other producers.
? I will have a Guest Book for you to sign and fill out your name, company name and contact if you would like to be invited to future events or just network.
? There will be a jar where you can put your business card in and have a chance to win some door prizes.
? There will be horrors and champagne for toasting.
? There will be food and bar but it will not be open at this event, but there will be tables to order and eat at.
? I plan to have erotic entertainment during the private party as well.
? You will have a chance be on Webdreams or talk to any other media there.
? The waitress will be wearing Maxine X Treme ? launch 2007 T-Shirts and will be dressed sexy.

* If you like the idea of promoting yourself and your company with the media and networking within in the industry and are interested in either helping with the event, or donating a door prize (like t-shirts, videos, or any of your companies products) you may contact me to do so.

* I am also looking for any other ideas to make this a great Adult Industry event, so drop me a line.

This will be a highly advertised and big event, so the door fee might be higher then normal.

But Those who are still in the industry that will not be coming to the Private Event, will have a cheaper cover charge then the regular public.
