omg, i totally feel you. damn, i'm really not a tv person, but that show hooked me baaad.

What season are they on now?

Dude, with the final four being revealed and the "song" playing that teid them together, then Kara showing up...it was done so well. Even the court scene was one of the best acting in a court scenes i've seen since a few good men. did you know that Appollo has a british accent IRL? Man I cannot wait until the final season.:thumbsup

so its over? Maybe now they will release the DVDs so I can watch this season.

Got it on "Save Until I delete" on TiVo... and been that way since it first aired... been playing it in the background as I do other things regularly.

In November they will put out a movie on DVD (not sure if it will be on TV or not) that is a two hour movie that covers what the Pegasus battlestar did from the time of the invasion up until it's destruction. Supposedly this will give some insight on things to come. Then in Jan they will start the final season of the show.

Oh? This next season's proclaimed the "last," eh?

I wonder if it's the simply being promoted as the last, or is in fact, without a doubt, certainly the last.

Anyone got the scoop on that?

and then wait until the next year to complete the story

It has been confirmed by both the producers of the show and the Sci-Fi network. The producers of the show didn't want to do something where it drug on for too long and lost its edge then eventually got canceled and was never properly ended so they decided to finish the story and go out on top. I would imagine there could be other things to come later like maybe a few more movies or mini-series but as of the end of this next season it will over.
