Did you guys get approached to appear in the episode or did they go ahead and put you in there? I'm really interested in product placement....as a marketing major, it's always fascinated me...

It actually came about from networking / friendships. Product placement is tough, 'cause there's usually no direct impact, so there's two ways to look at it...

If you shove your name down people's throats... when they speak, it'll be your name / branding that comes out. :) While on the other hand... if you are looking for what your ROI is, it's not always as cut-and-dry as people would like.

As a philosophy major, I could talk about it all day lol
