I'm suing Ibill; who's in?

Ta boom tish! I'll be here all week :1orglaugh

But seriously, I've been away from the boards for about a year -- is the Ibill saga dead, or is anyone still pursuing them? Cripe; I'd think someone else would be at least owning their domain name as payment by now :winkwink:

Fat chance man :winkwink:

iBill as a corp is just a shell of evidence - there are much bigger fish to fry and spanning a number of companies where the same individuals are either officers or "consultants". It does not take more than a glance to see a crooked track record ranging from everything from securities fraud, money laundering to drugs-related activity.

They all need to experience a jail cell and be banned from acting as corp officers at any future time - but - that takes a few mill to chase and prosecute.

BTW - They will prob be captured at someone else's cost - it's only a matter of time.

Can't get blood from a stone - comes to mind.

To my knowledge we were among the last (and few) to receive an iBull settlement 1.5 years after they stopped cheques.

I got banged for 13 grand there is a part of me that thinks about going after the CEO who signed the payment agreement it was near the end and he didnt honor it. I got to figure he knew it was over and was trying to shut me up.I do think they still exist actually because I think they are still in court with some people.

Has anyone had experience with a company where: a) they've been in financial trouble b) promised they were making the necessary changes to survive --** and actually DID survive a crisis **?

Or is a failing company that scrambles to make promises ALWAYS just buying time to get 'their' money out of the company first?

Just wondering for my own future reference as I remember so many emails, conference calls (remember the Ibill execs in that one?), etc. stating how they were fixing the problem...

Regarding iBill, I have just one question:

Where did all the money go?

Does anyone know?

?

IBILL is a perfect example of what happens when proccessing companies decide to shut there doors..after soem crafty leagl advice they relize they can screw everyone over and MAYBE have to payback the %10 of clients whop acctually take legal steps to try annd gain there losses back.

Reminds me of PSW Billing, when they ran into issues with their merchant account the CEO said that if things went completely tits up they had sufficient assetts to sell off and cover all monies owed to webmasters. It's been a few years now, have you sold them off yet? I'm still waiting for that payment. :1orglaugh
