And I recall doing the same thing about this time about 2 years ago... and the cost was about 50-60% of what it is now.

I've flown since then, of course - but I haven't had cause to do my own shopping since then.

Are rates going to go down in the next 2 and a half months, or is this as good as it gets?

Can't find a damn car rental for under $80 a day, either...
