someone explain to me why its so popular? Its the most annoying and repetetive piece of shit song ive ever heard. I guess it's just a hype but why this song/guy-girl? And all the positive comments under it from everybody that saying its 'cool' and 'nice'... what the fuck am i missing here, are there so much amusical people without taste?

btw the guy is a huuuuge flaming fag with an annoying voice, and all his other songs have one thing in common: The same sing melody over and over and over again. Repetetive as fucking hell.

I tell you what, the song doesn't fit into the mold of what a hit song should be but the fact that people can make decent remixes means it is a hit song.
The right remix by the right artist and it's probably going to be around for a while.

Trust me, record company people could easily make some changes to this song and it would be a hit for sure. They do this stuff all the time.

The hard part for the record company is finding that "catch phrase" that people are digging for the moment. They just dress it up some and pow, hit record. "Chocolate Rain" is definitely the phrase of the moment.
