The place I use which is a real barber shop (in cali) only charges 6.99 now. They used to charge 5.99 up until a year ago for a full service cut, 2.00 more for a blade shave. Add in the tip and I am out of there for 10.00 Though I do not go monthly.

Now in same center is a beauty salon (old fashion as well) that does the wifes hair. They only do hair. She gets a trim and style for 10.00 plus tip, so she ussually gets out of there for 12.00 to 15.00 dollars.
She likes that place cause they will cut her hair while she stands, which is good for long hair.

I've never really kept track of it. My hair value is way too high for me to care what the price tag is though.

I helped my stylist buy a computer. I have free haircuts for life.

I cut my own, and it's not short either. I got tired of paying $30-40 for a bad haircut. Eventually I started coming home and fixing it myself, then got the idea that I could just do the whole thing.

Average of 80-150 dollars. My hair is long (middle of my back) and needs to be styled every three months, colored every four months, plus the cost of shampoo and conditioner. It's expensive being a girl.

The cost of a pack of mach 3 razors. (shaved head # 3) I'm considering growing it back out though...maybe just letting it grow and don't do anything to it to see what happens. I'm not sure if it would dread though...but if it did, I guess that wouldn't be so bad either.
