Breakfast for me usually is some low fat yogurt, and high fiber cereal. I was at the grocery store yesterday and figured I'd give this stuff a shot.

What I like about it, is that it really fills you up, making you feel like you've eaten something substantial.

cocoa bumpers..sounds like a cereal aimed at children with highly addictive personalities.

Two kids in the park late afternoon, coming down off of their sugar smack high..."Hey Billy, let's go get a cocoa bump." LOL

B_Maverick 10-19-2007 11:13 AM

Food is over-rated

Indeed...it keeps me from waking up dead...but honestly, if I never had to eat or sleep, I would be quite happy.

Sarah_Jayne 10-19-2007 11:31 AM

Recently I have been on grapenuts with fruit on top and non-fat milk.

Go with the regular Kashi GoLean over Kashi GoLean Crunch, less sugar, more fiber and protein.

Actually, I've been doing quite a bit better of late
sticking to a mostly organic diet, high in fiber, low in fat and nutritional and all that shit alongside a good solid 3-4 days per week workout

I've also found that a daily chlorophyll or wheatgrass shot has been doing wonders as well...

LOL yeah sleep is definitely overrated...however I do recall a time when i wasn't getting much, my memory was about 4-5 seconds long...if they could create a pill that would allow you to feel rested...without suffering any kind of loss when it comes to memory or critical thinking skills...I would be all over that shit with the quickness

yeah, we should go shopping at Trader Joes together, we can wear matching outfits...

I'm only down about 10 pounds, but weight loss wasn't my real goal, it was avoiding a heart attack...I had a mild one last year and don't want a repeat performance...so have been living much healthier...
