Tile Floors
 

We have tile throughout the entire house, with the exception of the bedrooms.

In the summer it's nice, keeps the place cool, but when Fall hits I'm freezing my ass off. I had to turn on the heat last night :( and right now I'm thinking of putting on sweats and a sweat shirt, and it's not that cold out.

Throw rugs.

You should have installed in-floor heat; keeps your toes toasty warm.

You don't think of things like that in the desert...LOL

I had tile floors in my last house, fucking hated how cold it was in the winter and Fall, the new house has wood much easier on the nubs.

We have tile too, but they installed these heating coils under the tiles that we can turn on and keep the tile warm in the winter.

I need to do that.

well, socks could do the trick.

get some rugs and slippers. or i've heard they have this tile that you can flip a switch and it heats itself up. no joke.
