Preamble

The Licensor has produced a photo- and/or video series for use in the area of Adult Entertainment. The Licensee wants to acquire the rights to this material for publication on the Internet for a limited number of domains. The Licensee is aware that publication of the material in individual countries is subject to different legal restrictions. The Licensor is not responsible for compliance with the relevant regulations.
The Licensor is willing to concede the Licensee a simple right of use without geographical or time restrictions for the domains specified below. The Parties agree that the Licensor will retain all rights. In particular, the Licensor will have the right to publish the material himself on the Internet and to concede such rights of use to third parties.

§ 1 License
The contract matter is the photo- and/or video series produced by the Licensor as specified in Annex 1 to the present agreement. The Licensor declares that he is authorized to assign rights without restriction. The Licensor guarantees that the participating models were at least 18 years old at the time of the shooting. The Licensor was presented with the relevant identification documents and will likewise submit them upon handover of the digitally reproduced material.
The Licensee will receive a simple, non-assignable right to reproduce and disseminate the photo- and/or video series as a presentation on the Internet. For this purpose, the Licensee may use the material on any number of Internet sites-but only limited to the domains specified below- and offer it to final customers for downloading for a fee or free of charge and provide the material to web masters for advertising purposes for the respective Internet product offer. The rights of the Licensor to concede a simple or exclusive license to additional parties will remain unaffected.
The Licensee may use the material under the following domains:

• Domain 1
• Domain 2 (optional)
• Domain 3 (optional)

§ 2 Fee
For the rights of use conceded by the present contract the Licensee will pay a one-off amount of X $. This amount will be due immediately.
Where the Licensor is liable to pay value added tax, value added tax at the statutory rate will be charged additionally on the fee.
