Offshore Corp & Billing, which country?
 

Getting ready to re-enter this business after being out for awhile and want to have the privacy protection that an offshore corporation gives. In the past I was always told Nevis or the British Virgin Islands were the place to do this. Now I am hearing Panama more and more, what are the reasons for this is it billing or privacy related? Also anyone that can recommend a service please let me know.

Depends which banking region you are planning for processing. The Latin America and Caribbean region is useless if you want third party processing.

If you are living in Panama legitmately why bother about privacy - or is it a US citizen background problem?

For processing and corp jurisdiction - look eastwards :thumbsup A Pamana corp can always own a EU corp.

Error Duh! Misread your post - you did not say you are living in Panama.

OK.. Then depends where you are actually resident and whether you plan to remain resident (and not wise to discuss here :)). Depending, that would be the basis of choosing jurisdictions and if a US citizen, plenty issues, but if from elsewhere - not so much a problem.
