The load time is extremely slow.
On the black background you have an extra "> typed out.
There's too much black space before the graphic.
When I hover over the thumbnails of the girls, it just says Wait and nothing happens.
But most importantly... the site is very, very slow.

as what viki said it's slow but i like the design. :)
