Don Vito has been found guilty of two counts of sexual assault on a child. He was acquitted on one count.


Vito, real name Vincent Margera, who is Bam Margera's outrageous uncle on MTV's "Viva La Bam," was accused of fondling three girls during a public appearance at a mall in a Denver suburb. The victims of the sexual assault were 12 and 13. After the verdict was read, Don collapsed to the floor and yelled, "Just kill me now!" Deputies restrained him -- and took his ass off to jail.

The crappy uncle still faces 12 felony counts for allegedly violating his bail; he was to have no contact with children under 18, and not consume drugs or alcohol, and was to provide detailed information on any business travel. The verdict on those counts is still pending. Vito will be sentenced on December 20

Let's look at reality for a minute...

Both girls were captured on camera stating they were 18 and 19 years of age.
He smacked one girls butt as she walked onto stage.
The charge was indecent assault, it's a class c misdemeanor, punishable by up to 11 months in county jail.

The second charge he snapped a girls bra strap.
Same charge as above.
He has already appealed the conviction so he's not going anywhere for at least 6 months as the State Supreme court looks over appeals.

Get a grip guys.

Kind of like when Joe Francis was busted for CP when he wasn't even on scene and one of his video guys filmed a topless 17 year old who walked by and flashed the cameras.

I got quite a few laughs watching Don Vito on Viva La Bam!, and I was very shocked when I heard the news about this a year ago. You guys think "he looks like a predator"? What, because he's ugly?
