with the new leopard you can make widgets of all your stats proggys then see them all with one click

There's a great little program called AppZapper for completely removing installed apps.

I also use Coda, which is a text/css editor with built in FTP:
http://www.panic.com/coda/

The same company also puts out Transit, which is a great FTP app:
http://www.panic.com/transmit/

Check out the rest of their stuff too, you might be able to put it to use.

We just picked up yet another Mac last night. My girlfriend wanted an IMac to go with the new Macbook pro her job just got for her. She's at her desk right now installing all her apps.

There are no Mac alternatives for Statsremote as of yet. But I hear they're working on a Mac version. At that point, they'll have my business again.

I use Unified Stats and Sumbitpimp in parallels.

I have also used an app called Photosite Timesavior, which is simple gallery builder for the mac, before I bought Arylia.

Other apps.
Adium for multi-chat client
Cyberduck opr Fetch for FTP
wget for ripping those pesky FHG for building your own submitted galleries

I always check http://versiontracker.com and http://macupdate.com when I am looking for something that might be out there.

Depending on the machine you have you can run StatsRemote using parallels. And it won't take long anymore and there will be a StatsRemote version for Mac. If you're interested in beta testing, please send us an email to support AT statsremote DOT com and we will let you know as soon as we're going into beta.

Why search for anything special ? With the latest Mac OS 10.5 which shipped a few days ago you can run any windows software in Bootcamp at speeds as fast or faster than a PC. So use all your old or current PC collection just by upgrading to 10.5 for $129.00

Dock Drag w/ transmit is so mint.

ADIUM is also sweet

Quicksilver was cool, but since spotlight came on the scene i use spotlight instead

Aperture is neat.

Numbers and Pages are better than Excel and Word, imo.

Dreamweaver or BBedit

There was a little thumbcapture program called Slurp, i found that to be cool - though you can sorta use Quicktime directly.

a little app named iTunes is sorta neat ;)

Comic Life is a blast

iCal is cool

Mr.White 11-01-2007 03:00 PM

Anyone got StatsRemote running under BootCamp?

I forget who it is/was, but whoever wrote that app was a GFYer at some point in time. Might still be, I just can't recall who the heck it was.

It works

Also works fine in VMWARE FUSION or PARALELLS

Btw, VMWARE runs circles around PARALELLS in terms of speed

BBEdit is a must have,
Also use Camino and Interarchy

Have you looked at Interarchy as the replacement for FlashFXP?
http://nolobe.com/interarchy/

J.P. 11-04-2007 07:24 AM

- TextMate is my editor, a great one and way cheaper that BBEdit.
- I've been using YummyFTP for FTP/SFTP uploads but lately I only use rsync for publishing of my projects.
- AdiumX for instant messaging

I think that's it :)
