What program do you use to convert MOV videos to WMV?

Premiere or After Effects, combined with Flip4Mac (I think that's what it si called)

Flip4Mac has a good inexpensive solution for viewing .wmv files using Quicktime, but for actually converting files, AutoDesk Cleaner kicks butt (I use both).
