It's best to have a large bottle of booze with you while you're waiting. You can be really loosened up if you you start drinking when they put you on hold by the time they actually get to you!

Usually when you are dealing with phone support , if there is a problem its because they are unfamiliar with the product/process or they are simply not trained properly.

When i have dealt with epassporte phone reps it was a nightmare. Hours on hold , dropped calls and just plain blatant lying .Theres nothing worse than being lied to.

micheal on the other hand has always been easy and quick to deal with , tells you the facts , gets problems solved. Not everyone likes all the answers but hey thats life.
