Looking to buy an apartment in Florida (low dollar, credit problems)
 

European is looking to buy an apartment in Florida soon...
Dollar is low now, and house prices are going down in that area.

It seams like one of those great opportunities a man should take advantage in life. But maybe wait 6 to 12 moths more, dollar seams to be on the way down with latest central bank rate cuts, and housing/credit problem in the USA is far from over.

Any thoughts and ideas are welcome?

My girlfriend and I are looking to move to Florida from the UK Full time. The way the dollar is crumbling it makes sense for us. We fell in love with the place the day we got there. We went on vacation in 2006 and 2007 for three weeks each time and both times we were so upset about coming home.

Depending how much you want to spend you could actually maybe get a real bargain of a Villa in the Orlando area to rent out to visitors going to Disney World. We certainly found some really cheap 4 bedroom Villas.
