I know there was some before but am not sure is there any gathering now a days there?
Am gonna be there for 3 months from 15th of January so it would be good to meet some webmasters there:)

If you mean meeting with friends for some beers, sure you can do that anywhere. But if you are doing any kind of adult business during those meeting, with strangers in a country where it's completely illegal, no thanks. :|

Regardless announcing it on a public board is just crazy.
