4 1/2 months without smokes.
 

I think about it less and less... but I sure had a strong craving just now. Maybe I can find a hard candy around here somewhere.

so i smoke about 1-2x a week ; ) moderation beats the hell outta quitting any day!

4 months for me. I've smoked one cigar in between but didn't inhale. Really don't have the craving and when I smell smokers they stink. I feel great about quitting! :thumbsup
