It's a shame.

The cook, Brain, obvioulsy knows what he is doing and could be a great chef and build this restaurant into something nice. But his ego is killing everything he has going for him. He only needs to "tweak" what he does a little to have the perfect thing but he just will not budge.

I like his energy, but he can't take criticism. He looks like he is just going to explode when the firemen critique his meal.

If he opened his ears for just 30 minutes he could be the best chef around but instead I think he is going to be a total failure. Too bad.

has nothing to do with the attention span of GFY, shit 45 minutes? I don't have the time or the desire to sit in front of my computer for 45 minutes to watch a cooking show I purposely avoided on t.v.

Now if it was an edited clip, I might take a look just to see what all the fuss is about.
