Bill Belichick will play the starters in those last few games. We'll be up 52-0 in the first half of those games, so yes the bench will see action, but they won't start. Good point. However, I kinda disagree. you know they feel like they have something to prove every since they got caught stealing plays. Thus the reason he ran the score up again last week. It's hard to tell with that guy. If i were coaching I would sit the starters but this guy is on a mission.

I disagree. He's out to make a statement...after the whole spygate thing and people saying that's how they won those superbowls, because they only won them by 3 points each....so he's determined to make every game this year a blowout.

I'm only 26 so I can't really speak for the people who were waiting 80 plus years to see the Sox win again.....but I did sit through watching Roger Clemens , Wade Boggs, Mo Vaughn, and Nomar Garciapara walk out the door. I also watched what I thought would be our last chance ever vaporize after Grady Little kept Pedro Martinez in the game.

I suffered through the 1-15 Patriots season on cold metal benches at Foxboro Stadium when you could get pretty decent seats for $30.

I was here when Reggie Lewis died and Larry Bird got old and retired. I watched as Rick Pitino came and went almost as quickly as our draft lottery Tim Duncan ball. Then winced when Danny Ainge came riding into town like a savior only to completely destroy our team attempting to "get young".

So I can empathize a little...


But then Bill Parcells came riding into town like Zorro. Though he wasn't here long he gave us our first Super Bowl taste, laid the foundation, and wet Bill Belichicks appetite for New England. A beautiful hit on Drew Bledsoe changed the course of Football history forever....3 Super Bowls later.

ITS 25 years since any title won in philly. . So, for flyers, phillies, 76ers, eagles COMBINED have played for 100 years and never WON. WE OUR CURSED. Its almost impossible to go 25 years and 1 of your 4 major sports fanchises not win. Just by dumb luck there should be a few titles. .
