Veggies- What are you making this year? Tofurkey?
Just want to touch base and see what any veggies out there might be cooking up this year.
I'm a big fan of Tofurkey myself. One year I"d like to try to do the "tofurkey Wellington", but I might just stick to my classic apple cider / brown sugar glaze.
Last year I did a half of a vegitarian duck that I bought at the asian store. It was frozen- not the canned (I tend to find most canned fake meats are yucky). I reccomend trying that also, but I don't have a brand name (sorry!)
We did an "un-turkey" one year and I kinda thought it was the pits, no where near as good as Tofurkey brand.
