No, my friend decided to get married that weekend! We were all psyched cuz we figured it was going to be our first convention and it was going to be in our city (home-ice advantage makes it sweeter ;-) ) Anyhow, she burst our bubble when she advised us 1 1/2 months before that she *HAD* to get married that weekend. I think we'll be able to make it to the show in January.... *keeps fingers crossed & warns friends not to get married!* ;-)
